Recipes - where our produce and your skills come together

At the end of the day it may not matter to some people how their choices impact their health and their community. Convenience and cost may tip the scales in favour of that black styrofoam tray in aisle 3…sadly. The one thing that no one will trade is taste. If it doesn’t taste good you wont buy it again. We stand proudly behind all our meat and believe it’s the best tasting meat you will find.

So how do you make a great piece of meat even better? You get some great Chefs to share some of their insights on turning our blood, sweat and tears into accolades and thanks.

We have compiled some of our favourite recipes and hope they give you as much pleasure as they give us. We will continue to add recipes as we find Chefs and dishes that bring out the best in the produce they use. Feel free to drop us a line if you have any recommendations or favourites we are always looking to try new places and support our local restaurants.
